Follow the link and select between paying pack dues, national dues, or both. Remember, scouts that fundraise enough through popcorn sales do not owe pack dues.

Medical Release Form

All Scouts must have an updated Medical Release form on file with Pack 136 to participate in hikes, campouts, and outings.
